I'll be applying for UK tier 1 (General) in the next few days IA from Pakistan, please find below the forms and documents I'll be submitting and let me know if anything is missing.

Forms:
i. pbsappendix1
ii. vaf9

Evidence:

Age --> Original Passport

Previous Earnings --> Letter from Employer detailing last 12 payments
(showing Gross and Net Payments)

Original Bank Statement on Bank Stationary,
showing above 12 payments deposited

Qualification --> Original Degree
Original Transcript

Maintenance Funds --> Original Bank Statement for last 3 months showing
enough funds in the account

English Language --> Original IELTS Certificate

TB Screening report

Passport Style Photographs with white Background.

Please let me know if anything else is required than these documents?

One thing I can surely comment on is Photo, It should be 45mm * 35mm and with a grey or cream background. See the photo guidance in UKBA website for more information.

On other things, wait for others to comment.
