Hi MSH,

done - thanks for the hint.

I told them about my "great" experience with Solvit-UK. Should I get a reply i´ll post it here.

I didn't see this on the Ireland forum and think it'd be worth putting there as well as on the UK forum as many people CTA residents post their EU questions in the forum of where they are based (UK/IRL). I'm def going to vent my spleen in that response form!!

They sent me an email telling me about the survey. To be honest, unlike other people in this forum, we found Solvit slow but (in the end) helpful.

No, 'nuff said.

But you DO need to go vent in the survey so those useless pencilpushers can get a more accurate overview of their own incompetence.

but did YOU have to explain the law to them or did they, well she, have any vague idea about it?

if your response is in the former, then you are indeed a minority!
