I m on T-1 Genereal and got my baby born here i need to know that after getting his passport do i have to send it to H.O to get his visa issued as dependent.

Actually i want to send my wife and child back to home country with an intention to stay there for at least 2 years can he travel on passport only whiich is issued from embassy in london, without having this visa so that we can apply for visa from home country whenever to come back here, i mean 2years later....

As child was born in the UK, there is no need for leave to remain for child when child exits the UK. Child may apply for a UK entry clearance from home country.
