Tier 2 Intra Company Dependent visa Query

Hi Folks

I have a tier 2 intra company transfer dependent visa, where my husband is the main visa holder and the visa is valid till feb 2013. I want to know if I can apply for a change of visa to Tier 1 visa. I am currently living in UK itself.
Please advice.

As of 06-Apr-11, Tier 1 (General) immigration category is closed for new applicants.
