Mps' reply

Post by Joejo » Sat Apr 23, 2011 4:16 pm

Hi guys

i contacted my MP again a fews weeks ago for the third time to chase up the progress of my case,in her reply to mi she said..."I have since contacted the HO (UKBA) concerning the case.I have been informed that the application is currently being processed by a case worker".And hopes it will not be too long before the case is resolved.
Guys Qns..

1.Does the caseworker make the final decision?.
2.Could it be the same caseworker who has been on my case since.
3.When my file has been transfered to another dept.will it be another caseworker handling the case from then to the conclusion.
4.Does contacting the MP make a difference as in geting HO to reach a decision.
5.How can i get to know or contact the caseworker dealing with my case tried on UKBA web no chance.
6.What could the caseworkers processing guidelines be for applications under art8/carer.
7.How long could it take for the caseworker's processing to conclude.

Ope someone here can give me some answers to my qns. please, thanks in advance.

Maybe if you care to explain what your case is about, then maybe people can advice or give opinions on it
