hi all,is there is anyone can advise me what to do as i am going to apply for the second time for settlement visa my first application was refused only becoz i took the wrong english test and now i took the right one and i am going to apply againe but the problem is in our first application we went to solicitor and he maked an property inspection report and sponsership letter and they dated on th 2 march 2011 and i will apply againe in jun 2011.our property is still the same and my sponsor is my wife and ofcourse she is always my sponsor so can i apply with this documents and there is no problem if its dated on th 2 march and i will apply in jun?hope that someone jelp me as i am going to pay the fees for the second time

Brother, I may be wrong (I would be very grateful if someone could please confirm this), but I belive the property inspection report is valid only for 3 months from the date it was issued.

If you apply before June, then it should not be an issue. However, since you will be applying in June, then the 3 month validity of the report will have passed. Thus, I wuld advise you to undertake another inspection.

If a senior member could confirm this, that would be great.

I think that a Property inspection report is not mandatory, so would its issue date matter?

Vinny's right and even if it was mandatory, if you're still living in the same property I don't see how the date is at all relevant.
