Notice of curtailment

I am aware than once your school has been withdrawn, your leave will be curtailed to 60 days, how will i know that my visa is curtailed? My school has been suspemded since september 2010, my visa expires on august 2012. Am i staying illegally now? i have read from the ukba website that they will inform you directly when your visa is curtailed, i never received any letter yet, what should i do?

I have no idea, How will i know if i only have 60 days left? It has been suspended over6 mos i think they were already withdrawn, i thought the home office will inform me incase this happened. Will they? How will they let me know? By letter?

They may send a curtailment notice. See also Patel (revocation of sponsor licence – fairness) India [2011] UKUT 00211 (IAC).

If ur on a student visa and not studying then ur an ilegal. Why haven't u changed college

I stopped workin. Im gettin married tomorrow with a uk citizen after that i will go back home and apply for settlement. :)
