Tier 1 (G) Application Query

Post by X-rader » Fri Jul 08, 2011 1:03 am

Hi Guys,

I had applied for a Tier 1 (G) Visa in April before closing, I just received an email from them stating:

"Thank you for your application, which is currently being considered.
Please note that we have identified a minor omission with regards to the evidence that has been submitted.

We are therefore asking you to submit:

* Tier 1 - All casetypes

* UK Experience (T1 General) -
* Confirmation from Kensington College of Business that your
Masters of Business Administration course was full time. This must be in the form of a letter from the institution and should include your name and personal details for identification. "

At the time of Application I had passed but was awaiting my MBA Degree so I had a letter from the Collage stating the same; What I understand now is that they want a letter from my collage confirming that I have studied full time, since application was made I have received my MBA Degree and transcript which states that mode of education was full-time, will that be enough or do I need a letter from my collage confirming that?

Please let me know what is to be sent as the email is a bit vague regards to what needs to be sent in Point 1 and 2. All I can understand is Point 3 which states they need a letter from the college. What exactly do they need from me.

Can I send MBA Degree and transcript instead of the letter as It would be much quicker as it'll take me a week to get a letter from my Collage.

Thanking you guys for the Help in Advance.
