Do we need to submit Deg cert& Eng lang cert for Extensi

Hi All,

For the Tier 1 extension - is it mandatory that we need to submit below set of documents ?

Qualification : Masters
English Lang : University listed in UKBA site, Certificate from University mentioning taught in english.

Since I have already proved my qualifications, english lang requirements during the initial grant of tier 1 visa from India.

Do I need to submit again ?

No. But you would need LIUK test at the time of ILR if you are not covered by the HSMP JR.

Guidance says you don't need to submit this documents again to claim points for earnings and qualification.

But to gain 10 points for english knowledge you have to provide the documents. In my case these both documents are same so no harm submitting again.

You don't have to. But why take the risk, just send it in your application and it will be returned back to you. There is no harm
