Help!! Judicial Review dilemma

Post by dove777 » Mon Jul 25, 2011 11:16 am

Hello, I applied for Tier 1 general from a post study work visa and got refused. The refusal was based on the fact that the proof provided for my previous earnings which were bank statements and a letter from my employer(which is based overseas) do not exactly match. This is however due to bank charges when money is transferred to me as a result some of the payments have £15.00 differences. The letter sent by my employer clearly states that there are variations due to this and asked the HO to call if need be. As it stands I only have the option of a judicial review as it was an out of time application( long story). Does anyone think I have a shot at rectifying this with the review? Thank you

Thanks, Based on your post I noticed your case was slightly similar to mine. Can you please recommend the lawyer you used.
