Do I qualify for British Citizen under UKM or others

I wish to enquiry whether do I qualify for British Citizenship under UKM or others category.I planned to live and start new life in UK with my family together with me now.I am born in Singapore on August 1964.I got my birth certificate which stated that both of my parents are British Subject Nationality and both of my parents are born in Singapore too.My mother was born on January 1940 and my mother was not qualify for Singapore citizenship and my mother hold Stateless Nationality while she stay in Singapore and apply for Singapore Permanent resident.It is true if stateless person is entitled to register as CUKC Citizen during that time.I seek your advice and help please.Thank you.
