Tier 1 Extension - My strange case. Plz somebody guide me.

Hi,

I have few questions about the extension of my Tier 1 visa application

1) My Visa is valid from october 3 2010 to october 2 2012. I will be entering UK by october 1st 2011 i.e. next month. I will be in employment from oct 3 2011.

2) My age is 29 yrs and will be 30 yrs while applying for visa. So I need 35000 Pounds for my extension. The T1 guidance doc states that the application has to made atleast a month before the visa expires.

3) My 12 months will be completed by sep 31 2012. Hence i would be left with only 2 days to apply for visa(as my visa expires by oct 2nd). Hence to apply a month before I need to show an earnings of 35000 pounds in 11 months i.e. from October 2011 to Aug 31 2012.

4) Since My Salary is 35000 pounds for 12 months, I cannot Show the same in 11 months while applying for Visa. My employer has said that he will give me Pension and Health Insurance mentioning as Bonus(not as pension) during August 2012. hence i can reach the limit of 35000 pounds.

My question is

Will this pose any problem if bonus will be paid by the employer during Augist 2012 just to reach the limit of 35000. My employer has also said that he will pay the Sept salary in advance.
Will this be questioned when i apply for visa extension.

Please Somebody help me or guide me regarding this as I feel I am taking risk in doing so.
Please help me what to do in this matter ?

The T1 guidance doc states that the application has to made atleast a month before the visa expires.

You may apply for extension anytime until 23:59hrs on the day your visa expires.

What is the procedure for visa extension. If i can apply even a day before the visa expires, Should i go directly and meet them or should i send it by Post?

Hi,

My Employer has said that he will add pension and Health care amount as Bonus and that will be credited in the salary.

This is done bcos I fall short of earnings of 35000 pounds for my visa extension.

Will this cause any problem for me during extension. Will there be any query regarding these bonus and will the UKBA ask for offer letter to confirm with the bonus ?

Either way make sure that your application gets to them on or before the Visa expiry day.

SUBject to post office is on that time , u may try at tesco special post offices
