Set(M) or Set(O) for my wife's ILR

Post by mak2000 » Mon Oct 03, 2011 5:02 pm

Hi Again

just want to enquiry regarding which applicationi form to use. My wife came to the UK in May 2008 as a HSMP Dependant. later extended her visa with me as a Tier 1 General dependant in Nov 2009. I recently got ILR and now have applied for my wifes FLR(M). I would like to ask 3 questions.

1) As soon as she receives her FLR(M) Biometric card, can she apply for ILR as she has been my dependant for more than 2 years.

2) If so, which form to use SET(M) OR SET(O).

3) And also does she needs to write Knowledge of Life in the UK Test for her ILR or can she write when she applies for naturlisation later.

Many thanks
