TIER 1 - is second extension given

Post by AAstar » Fri Oct 21, 2011 8:55 am

My first visa was stamped in October 2006 and an extension was granted in october 2008.

To apply for Indefinite leave one has to stay in UK for continuous 5 years…. I have not been here for 5 years.

Can I now apply for another extension - this will be a second extension and I was told under Tier 1 a second extension is never given.

Very confusing. Can anyone please help.

Thanks you.

Currently there are no limits on the amount of extensions that may be made.
