Just to let you know I was in the United Kingdom for the last 6 years. Never overstayed my visas in the UK. I always extended my visas on time. Came back to India at the end of August.
I have been in a relationship with my fiancee for three years now (well 2 years and 11 months now, to be precise).
I was once refused visa whilst in the UK. I had appealed against the decision and the judge later overturned the decision in my favour.
My questions:-
1. Firstly, do I need to submit any more documents?
2. Secondly, do I need to write a separate letter to the ECO regarding the visa refusal which I received whilst in the UK?
3. Thirdly, as you can see from my list of documents, that my fiancee is in receipt of benefits (Income Support, Disability Living Allowance, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit). I have savings of £2100 in my bank account in India and my fiancee was gifted £5000 by her brother. Additionally my fiancee has around £500 of her own money in her bank account. Do you think we have enough money to satisfy the immigration rules?
4. And lastly from assessing the above-mentioned information, what is the percentage of success do you think I have in getting the Fiance Visa?
Thank you very much for your help.
