High court dismisses challenge in immigration law

Breaking news on BBC the high court has dismissed the case requiring spouses to speak English before they can live in UK.The case was brought by a lady who wanted to bring her 54 year old husband from India.

They have lowered the age but i can't see them removing the A1 requirement.
