Tier 1 application invalid due to fee payment declined

Hi,
My Tier 1 (General) visa expired on 9th Jan. But I posted my application for extension on 28 Dec 11. Due to decline of my payment from Bank as they allow only £750 a day from my card. Home Office invalidated and returned my application dated 18 Jan. I recieved on 21st Jan(Saturday). Home Office mentioned to re apply. I going to post new application on 23rd Jan(Monday) with a Cheque.

I am 100% eligible to get extension.

Will Home Office give me visa or put me introuble?
I am worried. I do have good job. What do I need to do now.?

Please advice me.
