180 Days Rule for ILR Dependent visa holder?

Post by phaninep » Tue Aug 13, 2019 9:52 am

Hello Experts,

My Wife is holding ILR Dependent visa from August 2015.

She is eligible to apply for ILR from August 2020.

Some of my friends are suggesting that "out of country not more than 180 days" rule is NOT applicable for ilr Dependents.
This rule rule is purely for Tier 2 dependents.

Did any of you faced similar situation or can you guide me with correct info.
Home office website doesn't clearly states if this is applicable for ILR Dependent or not!!

Please help.

It is ONLY relevant to PBS Dependents.

Spouse settlement visa holders have NO absence limit!!
Char (CR001 not Casa)
