hi everyone,so far i have had some good advice on this forum but there is still some few question,i will be glad if someone can help me.i am non eea with eea national since 2003 who execiseing her eu treaty right,due to not been legal in the country i was unable to have documents on name e.g bank acct.pone bills,so everything was in her name but we have the call records of our mobile in 2003-04,in that 2004 my partner became british citizen so now she is dual british and belgium.in 2005 we had child.now my relationship is 6yrs and 7months,at the moment i have a resident card since june 2009. i was wondering if i could apply for naturalisation.pls help thanks.

hi all,i have leaved with my eea since 2004 and she was working,then stop after 6 months due to pregnacy will had a child 2005.start work 2006 till now.can i apply for pr. now,please guys i really need your help as i am about to send my application,thanks.

Do you presently have a Residence Card or a Permanent Residence Card?

Are you married?

You can only apply for citizenship in the UK once you have Permanent Residence in the UK. When that happens or happened is a more complicated question.

You need to have PR before you apply for citizenship. Those are just the rules.

But I suspect you may already have it.

thanks for your assistance i really dont know why i guss i was misslead please can you help me further now i am about to send my application i have two passport my country have just introduce electronic passpt.and they going to stop the old passport in 6months which one should i send,the new or the old that got my rc. or both. stamp,i want them to use my new passport pls help.

I would suggest you go slowly and check everything carefully.

Check the rules carefully. I am not sure you qualify, though I suspect you might.
