Accomodation letter - Documents required

Hey All,

I plan to apply for EC soon and have requested my friend in UK to provide accomodation facility for some time. I would like to know what other documents needs to be provided from him along with the letter of accomodation. It would be of great help, if someone could list me out the documents and in the form (original, copy) to be made available.
