Adding depedent VISA to my new born child

I have tie 2 VISA . I will be completing 5 years in Sep 2011 and will be applying permanant resident in the month of August. 2011 ( 28days before.)

My second child born was in last month Feb 2011. Can I add my new born child as my dependent after I get Permanant resident. I am not intended to travel outside UK with my child till I get Permanant resident.

This will save me in fees adding her now as a dependent with present tier 2 VISA and then re applying again as a dependent after getting permanant resident.
