adding new business to existing one

Hi Guru...I really appreciate the way you advice people. Now its my turn to take some valuable advice from Guru's
1. my husband is a consultant ( with team member) holds tier 1 entrepreneur visa.my only concern. Can they start a new business like mobile retail and software. Would it create a problem like now a day what i am hearing that Home office is conducting interviews.
2. Do they have to inform home office
3. Do they have to open a new business account,register a new business or else can they use the same business account with same business name
4. Do they have to add nature of business (SIC) in company house.

Are you posting under two usernames from the same IP address asking the same questions???
