For my FLR M application I only scanned a bank statement of my partner's dated within 3 months and we actually had the letter from DWP of when my partner started receiving his benefit but we are still waiting for my visa to be approved, But someone else here will be able to help more.

All the following must be provided:
• official documentation from the Department for Work and Pensions or
Veterans Agency or Police Pension Authority confirming the current
entitlement and the amount currently received
• at least one personal bank statement in the 12-month period prior to the date
of application, showing payment of the benefit or allowance to which the
person is currently entitled into their account

Thank you for the replies.
Thanks seagul for always come up woh the exact information that we were looking for. I have one more question, please.
the person needs to receive the benifit/allowance from last 12 months of the application as you suggested to give 12-month bank statement or if he receive the amount from last 3/6 months than it would be fine.
Regards

Yes should be fine because a 3/6 months old bank statement is within 12 months.
