Admin Review of T1 Spouse Visa Waiting for Reply

I got refusal for T1 Spouse visa Feb 2016. My husband is in the UK. I submitted my Admin Review on 2nd march 2016 by email and got confirmation automatically that they have received the email. Normal they have to reply with in 28 days and its almost 2 months now their is not any reply by immigration department. They haven't refund IHS fee as well. Although one of my husbands friend got answered of Admin Review with in 28 days from Sheffield but we didn't. Is any one can help me out that what should we do because I don't have any email or phone to contact directly Sheffield department. Thank you

what was your husband's friend application outcome. was it refused or overturned?

What was the exact reason for your Tier 1 G dependent visa refusal?

They said our marriage doesn't looks genuine and its only planned for visa purpose. As we submit our marriage pictures, marriage certificate, family ID card and what app chat after my husband went to UK.
They said we consider and give little point to that but still they are not satisfy and gave us permission for Admin Review. Then we submit all our tour pictures which we forgot to submit with application. Hotel booking, Hony moon trip proves video chat screen shots. Point is why they are not replying it should be with in 28 days and now its 2 months.
