Advice on Referee

Post by lucky177 » Mon Dec 16, 2019 4:19 pm

Dear Experts,

Please clarify if one of my referee's can be my Aunt's brother.

My uncle is my mother's brother.

Would my Aunt's brother be defined as being related to me in this case?

Many thanks.

Regards...

Your referee cannot be anyone related to you through blood or marriage.

Find another referee.

Dear Experts,

Just to clarify.

One of my referees is a professional person (as found in the list of professions i.e. director of a VAT registered company).

The other referee does not have a professional standing as defined by the list (I hope you know which list I am referring to). but they hold a British Passport and are over 25 years of age, and know me for more than 3 years and meet all other requirements...

Long story short, can you clarify that only one referee needs to be a person of professional standing...

Regards...

One professional referee is the requirement, but both referees can be professionals (as was in my case).
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.
