Hi all

Actually I do not want to disclose about the company or the salary they told me since I'm going through one of my friends relatives.
But yeah I know the salary but still want to confirm more details here because I do not know any other people from UK. And salary structure, allowance etc., differs from country to country. That's the reason I want to clarify it here. And more over I thought if I ask so much of questions they might think that I don't trust them.
I do not want to create a negative impact. And those people whom I mentioned are the deciding authority in the company kind of partners as long as I checked the register of sponsors in UK they have been doing it since 2009, and they didn't ask me any kind of payments, they promised me to provide tickets and travel card after getting visa done. they asked me to arrange for the visa payment once when they issue the sponsorship certificate and pay to vfs global here in India.

Hope i am clear now. I just seek advice on time frame to receive the certificate. Please help.

I don't see how you qualify for sponsorship on Tier 2 General as an administrator.

In the UK, at such a low level job, there are no allowances (accommodation etc). You pay your own bills.

So you know the salary... In that case they did you not say so.
The job of administrator in a small medium business will pay as low as £15,000 in parts of the U.K. And maybe as much as £20,000 in London.

Does it qualify for a tier 2 COS - No it does not, neither as an appropriate role under tier 2 nor on the likely basis of salary.

As previously stated there is no shortage of administrators in the UK and if there is an attempt to bring you over I can state it will not be under an administrator title. So what exactly is the role?

The whole scenario you paint is fairly bogus, your story changes, your misinformation and the nonsense statements that are completely contradictory.

I wish you luck and hope you are not being scammed in your own country or worse still that you do not become enslaved as false entrant once in the UK.

Your story is all too familiar and unfortunately being a Sponsor provides zero safeguards for migrants sold on the riches of the U.K. and how easy life is.

If the sponsor is fully legitimate and follows the guidance you could be alright. The stories you tell suggest otherwise.

After reading through all of the posts... This sounds like a nonsense story..

@Kutty if you want to find out salaries paid to administrators you will find google much more helpful then immigrationboards forum

if you want to know timelines then we have top posts pined in Tier 2 forum section, please look at them you will get an idea...

no one here is asking you to expose your company or your salary.. to get help be precise on your questions and filter nonsense out of them, it will save us all and your self precious time :)

Are you planning to work for some kind of second cousin's outfit?

If you obtained this job through some far relative its not clear how that sits with RLMT.

If operating since 2009 why are they only now in the middle of licensing as a sponsor?

Please be careful that your 'desperation' to get a job in the UK is not being used to exploit you at a huge cost with big empty promises.

Hi all

Does a sponsorship license sent as hard copy to the company? If that's the case please explain the license procedures once the allotment is done and how its taken further?

Either this is a wind-up, trolling or an epic fail on every level. I mean, who wants to live in Chesterfield?
