Advise for English Language Requirement

I would like to inquire about the English language requirement for a spouse visa.
I have Post Graduate Diploma (PgDip) in Art & Design from the UK University.
Do I need to take an additional English test or my education will be sufficient to pass the English language requirement for my visa application?
In-Home Office Portal only mentions degrees nothing about Post Graduation Diplomas.

You need to do the A1 English test as minimum or B1 which can be used in the future.

PGD not accepted, degrees and over or take one of the approved SELT. The levels are A1, A2 and B1. If you go for B1 as CR001 pointed, it saves you time and money down the line as same can be used till BC application.
