After ILR & Wife bring.

Hi,

Mt friend Got ILR Tier-1 50k And now he wants to bring his wife from back home. So he not want to do JOB 18600 because he has the plan to bring the wife with as company Director,

1-Can he brings his wife as own company director?

2-what Requirement does he need?

*He taking company salary 130*8= 1040 at the moment.
*How much he needs dividend every month

3- Or does he needs Cash saving?

If he does not meet the £18,600 pa financial requirement, he cannot apply for a spouse visa. It will be refused. The wife being a 'director' of his company is irrelevant as only HIS income is used for an entry clearance visa.

If he wants to use cash savings only, he must have £62,500 held for six months. It also cannot be a 'loan' and HO could ask for evidence of source of funds.
