3.11 Annual income

Post by billalahmed » Mon Mar 25, 2019 10:19 pm

Hi,

Should my annual income i write in 3.11 match the employment letter or should it be my last 6months payslips base salary + overtime, etc /6 * 12?

If I write my salary + overtime /6 * 12 it will then be different to my employment letter, will this cause a problem? or should I explain in the comments section how i derived to my annual income?

also my salary is >£37k so I dont think it should cause an issue if I meet the requirement, its just that I dont want to be rejected giving the wrong figure.

Only the payslips must match with the entries in bank statement. The income on employer letter can be different than the payslips due to undertaking the variable amount of overtime. But your employer letter must state about your overtime too apart of your basic wages.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

I would suggest the employer letter states your annual salary.

The fact your 6 payslips not exactly be /12 *6 shouldn’t be an issue, certainly as you earn well over 18,600.
