Another FLM (M) question

My nieces husbands FLM is due soon

Should he have registered his marriage in the UK or is the original translated marriage cerificate will satisfy the criteria

No need of remarriage/re-registration of foreign marriage because it will be recognized in UK if performed legally in relevant country. Just attach original and English translated marriage certificate.
