Appendix FM Child

Hi All,

Good Morning,

I got my ILR on Dec 2020, and I applied visa for my wife which is FM Partner on 13/08/2021 from India which is still in processing stage. My daughter was born 2 months ago and I am applying visa for her now which is Appendix FM Child type and in the application I have also provided my wife application reference as well, But here I am bit confused, I had filled Appendix 2 VAF 4A form for my wife and I am not sure regarding which Appendix form do I need to complete for my child.

Can someone please help me on this.

Same as what you completed for your wife. Appendix 2 vaf4a.
