Application for ILR

Hello everyone,

I came into the country in November 2014 as a dependant on my Husband who was on Tier 1 General at the time. A year into it, January 2016 to be precise, his Visa was due for renewal and he applied for his ILR but because I had only been in the country for less than 2 years, I was given a visa extension for 3 years which expired January 2019. I applied for further extension as I was still not qualified to apply for the ILR yet (because I had not stayed up to 5 years in the UK). My current BRP is valid till 2022.

November 2019 will make it 5 years I have been in the UK. Can anyone please advise if I am now eligible to apply for ILR and if so, kindly advise the appropriate form to complete to make the application. I will be applying alone this time as my Husband has got his British passport now.
