Application scheme (husband got a British citizenship)

My husband and I are both non-Brits, have been living in the UK for over 6 years. Mu husband has recently been granted a British citizenship, I hold my ILR since July 2022. Do I need to wait 1 year to apply for citizenship? If not, would I need to apply via spouse of British citizen scheme following its requirements?
