Applied BRP instead of BRC

Post by Lin01111 » Thu Jan 09, 2020 1:38 pm

Hi all,
My BRP is expiring soon, and I have already applied it. However, I have applied BRP instead of BRC, will it have affect or do I need to start a new application. Also currently I’m settled in the UK.
Please help
Thank you very much.

Are you the family member of an EU citizen ??!

Foreign nationals from outside the European Economic Area who are here under UK immigration rules have to apply for a BRP.

Foreign nationals from outside the European Economic Area who are able to live and work in the UK based on rights derived from EU law may apply for a BRC. (e.g EEA family members excluding UK family members)
