Applied for my daughter from ex marriage

Im in the uk 18 moths ago for spouse visa and my daughter stayed in my country ( from my ex marriage) ... i applied for her 3 days ago .... her father died 3 moths ago ... submited the death certificate and her birth certificate and other documents but i didnt sent cover letter and council tax bill and i wanted to ask if the death certificate is enough to proof sole responsability ? Because she use to live with me and they told me after his death is automatic mine... thank you

ask if the death certificate is enough to proof sole responsability ?
Yes, provider the name of the death certificate matches the fathers name on the childs birth certificate.
