Hi there. My question is (if someone have a indefinite leave to remain under eea law) which been granted last year October 2019.and divorceed resolved in November 2019. Does it effect current status. Now he is also married and want to join his spouse can he apply for spouse visa ? How are the chances to get ? Thanks in advance for your honest advice guys.
