applying for a child aged 21 with settled status under EUSS Zambrano

I am asking for a friend she received her settled status under EUSS Zambrano in 2019 and then covid happened last year and her child turned 21 last year. Can she still apply for him to join her under the EU Settlement scheme? She has bank statements and money orders to prove dependency.

A non EU citizen cannot sponsor family under the EU settlement scheme. Only an EU citizen can sponsor (non British).

If she has settled status, she is free from immigration time restrictions.

The 21 year old will have to find their own visa route they qualify for to come the UK.
