The "not waiting for 12 months of ILR" only apply if the spouse is already a British citizen (i.e.has not only been approved, but has also attended the citizenship ceremony and got the naturalisation certificate) on the date of your application.gezik wrote: ↑Mon Jan 18, 2021 2:10 pmI actually have one more question, would it make sense for my partner to wait until I get my ILR to make his citizenship application so that we can submit citizenship application together or do I have to wait for him to get his citizenship first before I can apply for mine?
Correct.
Correct and also that you were physically present in the UK at the start of the three year period (so, July 2019).
You need to make your application from within the UK, attend the citizenship ceremony within the UK and ideally apply for your first British passport from within the UK.
