Applying for Dependent

Post by SarjanNartan » Wed Dec 23, 2020 6:16 pm

Hi all,
Hope all are ok.
Just kindly need help in understanding the situation I am in.
I have got my ILR granted in November. And now I want to apply for my dependent daughter 9years and husband.
As looking at the restrictions and keep on changing situation, I am worried that it might get delayed for my husband to get his B1 English and LITUK test. S thinking to apply for both separately now.

So is that ok if I apply for my daughter first as she doesn’t required English and LITUK test. What documents she needed then??

And also double checking that for both of them do I need to apply online filling Tier 1W Dependent form? Set(O) is that correct??

Please kindly advise. Looking forward to receive kind guidance as always.

Thank you in Advance.

Your daughter cannot apply unless your spouse applies at the same time.

Oh thank you CR for your reply. I wasn’t aware of it. Ok then will wait until my husband gets his B1 and a LITUK passed.
