Applying for Visitor with Valid ICT Visa til May 2021

Hello,

Can i Apply for Visitor visa to see my friends in UK now?

I have a valid T2 IST visa till July 2022.
I have returned to my home country after staying on ICT from Oct 2017 to July 2021.

This trip is not for work related stuff. I need to visit a cousin studying in UK and come back in 3 weeks.

Would my visit visa be approved?

I dont want to travel on ICT visa as the whole purpose of visa is different

Your ICT visa will be cancelled if you apply for a visitor visa. You cannot hold two UK visas at the same time.

If the ICT visa though valid I no more relevant to your circumstances or you are no more actively using it for it stated purpose and inform IO at POE that "trip is not for work related stuff. I need to visit a cousin studying in UK and come back in 3 weeks" it can also get cancelled and you get denied entry.
