Thanks will open joint account..I think ECO is just being very strict and with right of appeal taken away it is impossible to prove that this decision is not in accordance to the Immigration Rules..because of high risk country and it is an assumption made that the applicant is just applying for visit and will never leave.edwinuk wrote:Have her husband deposit his cash from his employment and open up a joint bank account. There will be not much point in him opening a separate account then transferring bank to bank to MIL's account.
