Yes. She can open up an account but be careful also as she'd still need to provide proof of where this money is coming from.

From her spouse account.....and now do we have to proof where that is coming into spouse account..well clearly already stated that salary is paid in cash so deposited into his account.

I can't understand what more I can do with no payslips

Have her husband deposit his cash from his employment and open up a joint bank account. That is the only thing I can think of if payslips aren't available.

There will be not much point in him opening a separate account then transferring bank to bank to MIL's account.

Thanks will open joint account..I think ECO is just being very strict and with right of appeal taken away it is impossible to prove that this decision is not in accordance to the Immigration Rules..because of high risk country and it is an assumption made that the applicant is just applying for visit and will never leave.
