Assualt on train

Post by abc111 » Fri Dec 13, 2013 8:17 am

Hi,

My BC is due in next June based on tier 1 and work permit visa and I got my ILR this June.

I was assualted by two people who pushed me a couple of times and sweared at me.

Scene: Guy was standing the post next to the door and I requested him to move. He said that he would also be getting off then I moved around him and stood next to the door. He started swearing and when I shouted at him (by asking him to stop the nonsence) he pushed me a couple of times (he was with his mate) then train stopped at the station and they both went away faster.

Now people watched that obviously CCTV would have caughted that. The both guys went away fast I chased them and looked for the police but no police was around. I came straight back to the office.

Now I am concerned what to do.

I did not assualt back!

Please advise.

Thanks.

what is you immigration question? if you are concerned about the effect on your BC application,no need to stress as it wont have an effect.

You just stood up for yourself, not assault from your side, however however ridiculous it may sound, you do not present danger to British public.
