Hi all,
I have PR of Australia but I visited once in Initial period. now i am in Uk and planning to move to Australia after 6-7 months. Can my old visa is still valid as it is upto Aug 2008.
Also can I sponser my spouse even while I am in UK.

Your views are much appreciated.

Yes you can - I did this a while ago, from the UK and there was no problem.
