Baby endorsement in passport Question for Visa Extension.

Post by saayinla » Thu Jul 16, 2009 9:42 pm

I have few questions if anyone can be of help.

I intend to extend my HSMP > TIER 1 soon, I was wondering if I need to submit an application for my baby who's detail is included in her mum's passport.

I did try to get a passport for him but its will not be ready as at the time of this application, So i intend to apply and submit an application for him as a dependant however he does not have a seperate passport.

Will it be possible to send his passport later in the future to get his visa stamped inside?.

If born in the UK, then see also need for a dependent visa?

Thanks for the above link, i have read and re-read all the nested links.
In other words my son does not have his own passport rather he is endorsed inside the mums passport.
Can I still apply for an extension for him when submitting my application even though he does not have his own passport, so his passport can be endorsed later.

If he is endorsed in his mother's passport, then I think that he may apply for an extension on it, at the same time as his mother. Subsequently, see also Transfer your visa to a new passport.
