bank statement

hi
i have recently applied for spouse visa . but i am worried as even though my earnings is more than £18600 per annum and monthly the money has been in into my bank statements. my account has been in minus and also the last statement closing account was on minus . will that cause any problem for the visa because my solicitor said everything is fine and i had also emailed other visa consultation where they said that as long as the income from my workplace is coming into my account the home office are not looking if my bank statements is in minus or not. I am still worried about it?
