biometric data letter

dear sirs
i have received a notification by email that a letter for an appointment for biometric data has been sent but this is not the case.
i have not received any form of letter
could you confirm when my appointment is and if you could send me an new letter so that i can attend a appointmnet.

my name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

PLEASE HELP ME AS MY BROTHER HAS PASSED AWAY IN PAKISTAN AND I COULD NOT ATTEND HIS FUNERAL
