ILR - 10 year long residency route

Post by MYA » Tue Dec 15, 2020 8:43 pm

Dear board members
Iam the board member since 2013, and in all my and my children’s immigration journey is facilitated by this forum and it’s respected members.

My wife is the only person left couple of stages away to finish this immigration journey.
Iam going to apply for her ILR on the basis of her own 10 Years long residency in last week of December 2020.

Iam a bit confused about uploading her passports. She has 3 passports altogether which she used for her immigration journey. Each passport has 36 pages so there will be 108 pages altogether.

Some people saying that I have to upload all pages of passports to UKVCAS website. But some saying only those pages need to be sent to home office which has travel stamps , visa or entry clearance and data pages.

Could you please guide me that weather I have to send only the pages with stamps and data pages or all 108 pages irrespective of any stamps etc.

Your help will really be appreciated

Regards

Passport(s) covering the last 10 years. It is good practice to scan full passports, however, if you have constraints, you may only submit the bio page and stamps pages. It will do also.

Also, please start your own topic for future questions. You have tagged your question onto someone else’s existing topic which is not fair. Thanks

Thanks Zumba for your input.

One last question is my wife’s 10 years will be completed on 20 January 2021, my questions are

1) How early she can apply for ILR
2) what’s the earliest possible date she can apply?

Iam not good in calculating days if any body tell me the exact earliest date on which I can submit my application

Thanks

Why not use a date calculator? She can apply 10 years minus 28 days but always good to book biometrics appointment when she has completed 10 years lawful residence in UK (to be on the safe side).

No Biometric/ IDV app invitation Email Received

Post by MYA » Sat Jan 09, 2021 11:26 pm

Dear Respected Board members;

I applied for my wife ILR visa on the basis of her own 10 Years of long residency on 23/12/2020.
I uploaded and also submitted supporting documents on the same day and managed to book in person appointment (Free) in one of the UKVCAS centres on 19th January 2021.
It’s almost 17 days passed and I did not received biometric reuse email and IDV liveness check email.

My question is that did HOMEOFFICE stoped sending invitations for that and want people to book appointment for biometric enrolment or it’s just taking time?
As I said above that for safe side I booked appointment on 19th January just in case I don’t received usual email for biometric reuse+ IDV app invitation?

Please give me guidance on above.

Thanks

IDV is the past since 21 Sep 2020 except T4. You must attend the biometrics appointment now.
