Biometric Notification Letter - not received

Hi all,

My wife is applying for indef leave to remain via the 5 year spouse route. We applied and paid online through the .gov website 2 weeks ago and are now waiting to go to a sopra stenia (sp) centre to hand all of our letters, etc over (this Monday).

My wife received an email today saying that she should of received a letter to enrol her biometrics at a post office within 15 days. Now we have received no such letter so we are a bit worried, there is a link on the email to report a problem but when I click it it just goes to a 404 website not found page.

Does anyone have any idea what we can do?

It is a generic email. Nothing she needs to do.

She does her biometrics at the appointment on monday.
