Bootle office mail delivery issue

Hi. Is anyone having issues with the mails sent to Passport Office in Liverpool?
I have sent my documents almost two weeks ago but still not showing on Royal Mail website that it has been delivered to Passport office.

When I rang Royal Mail today they said the Passport Office is having some IT issues to record the deliveries hence not showing on Royal Mail tracking portal, but they are delivering all the mails to Passport Office.

When I rang Passport Office yesterday they never mentioned they are having IT issues.
